FAQs
What is supervision?
Supervision is a reflective space to deepen your practice and identity.
Who do I work with?
Perspective?
I work with the seven-eyed model, thinking about the multiplicity of relationships involved.
Originally taught by Arnie Mindell (Process Work) I also bring a jungian perspective to the deep relational way I now work using Transactional Analysis.
Inspired by the Co-creative approach - I am interested in how we work together to construct our realities.
I work with people just starting in practice, people developing their practice and people who are moving into senior practice as supervisors and trainers themselves.
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a relationship between two people focused on your growth, healing, or self-discovery. This takes a commitment from both parties and may take some time as we uncover the protective layers you have developed through your life. The intention is for greater self-acceptance and freedom.
Cost?
Individual supervision and psychotherapy sessions last for 60 minutes - £75
Couples sessions last for 75 minutes - £115
Group therapy and group supervision lasts between 90 minutes and 3 hours, depending on participant numbers - £75 per hour (divided by members in group.)
Where?
I work indoors at Transactional Analysis Cymru Training Centre.
We also have access to beautiful woodland in Tycanol woods that surround the centre. At times nature becomes a partner in our work, and we can walk outside.
I also work online with clients and supervisees across the globe.
